Agreement

The agreement between client (You) and iDesignWebs is in Four (4) parts.

First part:

Client is responsible for acquiring their own Domain Name; weather purchased with HomePageLtd or another provider, iDW has no obligation concerning domain names.

Second part:

It is the client responsibility to make arrangement with HomePageLtd for access to WebSite Tonight web's templates. Website Tonight is the only template iDW will use to construct website pages. iDW has found WebSite Tonight to be a value-packed template loaded with professional features. Client must purchase usage privilege and provide iDW with username and password for the purpose of constructing web pages on the their behalf (password can be changed after site is completed).

Third part:

After you have acquired your domain name and have chosen the number of pages of your WebSite Tonight template, make payment by selecting the appropriate PayPal Logo.

Four part:

The final stage is to complete the form and send iDW the photos, graphics and texts you want inserted on your web site pages. iDW requires a minimum of 72 hours to complete site. Send all information in a single folder to: BLTate@gmail.com . Pages can be in Word format or other, but must be proofed; spelling and grammar correct.
